Agreement Terms
Agreement to perform is subject to detention by sickness, accident, acts of God or other conditions beyond the control of supplier.
In the unlikely event of any conditions defined in the above item, any deposit will be refunded.
All deposits are Non-Refundable. The remaining balance will be due on or before the day/night of the event to avoid late charges. There are no refunds and full payment is due if cancellations are within 14 days of the event. The event is not definite until all deposit requirements are met.
Client shall provide adequate shelter and protection for Supplier’s personnel and equipment from any damage.
Client shall be liable for any damage to Supplier’s equipment not caused by Supplier and be responsible for repair and/or replacement cost of damaged equipment.
Client shall provide adequate AC power within fifty (50) feet of the stage area and will supply (_1_) 20 amp circuits.
On site Supplier will consult Client whether or not in his/her opinion that weather or other conditions jeopardize the safety of Supplier’s personnel and/or equipment. If upon joint decision the Supplier sets up and must cancel for any reasons stated in this item, no refunds will be given and the entire balance will be due.
Client shall ensure that the location of the event is open at least (_2_) hour(s) prior to the event and (_1_) hour(s) after the event to allow Supplier time to set up and remove equipment.
Client ensures that ( 1 ) 6’ skirted table(s) or other working services are provided for the Supplier.
Overtime will be billed at $150/hour. Overtime is not guaranteed and is dependant upon the Supplier’s health, availability and discretion.
